Positive and negative traits

I’d say I’m pretty respectful!

I work hard to get better, and I will always take criticism.

I am fond of people above me, and I will always take inspiration from them.

I find it hard to forgive people and I may be a bit petty to get back at them.

I get irritated a bit faster than other people and may become demanding if someone ticks me off.

Why do you wish to join the Civil Workers’ Union?

I wish to aim higher, and achieve a proper job and purpose in the city. CWU seems like a great way to earn a living, and I wish to aim high where I can.

How long have you been playing HL2RP in general?
A few months, about two or three now. I’ve been roleplaying much longer than that, though.

Why do you want to have a character in the Civil Workers’ Union?

So I can have a citizen with a purpose- something to do besides just playing a civil protection unit. I also haven’t played CWU much before, so I wish to give it a shot, so I can figure out what I can do, and improve on my roleplaying skills as a whole.

Write a brief backstory of your character.

Zach Haywood was born on August 18th, 1980, in the outskirts of Wichita, Kansas. He grew up an average person, he had average grades, he worked at a bar his family owned, and, he was pretty happy with his job. Up until the Black Mesa incident, he was often found either working at the family bar, drinking at the family bar- or, sleeping, he never left the large city, he never felt the need to. When the Black Mesa incident initially happened, and the portal storms followed shortly after, he barricaded himself in his basement with minimal supplies, and an old, dirty Python he barely only knew the basics of how to use, blatantly unaware of how to clean it.

After about a month, the isolation was killing him, so he finally left after his supplies ran out- only to find his neighborhood in ruin, his own home looked like it’d witnessed a war, which it had. He survived with what he could, soon learning how to use and clean the colt python from people he met, looting what ammo he could from homes, or even sometimes corpses. During his time in the ruins of the city, he was selfish. He made friends, but, when it came to needing to help the friends survive, he’d often disappear. People who wronged him saw brutality, Zach’s “pettiness” often resulting in him murdering them, or destroying whatever he could of theirs- most of the time, both. He finds it, not difficult, but impossible to let up his grudges on people, and whatever shit he has against them, it’ll only stack up until he boils over. After the cities were established, he went back to living like any other person, never quite turning toward the side of rebels- but never turning against it, either. He just did whatever brought him normality, or at least, some form of it.

Have you had a character in the Civil Workers’ Union before on any server? If so, provide more details on that character and your overall time being a civil worker on that server.

No, I haven’t.
