What is the purpose of Civil Protection, from both an IC and OOC perspective?: IC - Analyze civilian patterns and surroundings, manipulate/alternate them to fit the sociostability code. Maintain sociostability and patterns dictated by the Universal Union. OOC - Maintain order and follow orders by my higher ups. Serve as a disposable grunt to ensure laws are upheld.

How will you use your whitelist to improve roleplay on the server? 

I will roleplay with it actively, effectively, and realistically according to my physical and emotional abilities thus improving the server experience.

What kind of motivation does your character have for joining the Combine Civil Authority?: 

Better food rations, better housing, something to do rather than wait to slowly die and forget everything.

You are an i4 on patrol in the plaza, when you notice a citizen who seems to be stumbling and unable to walk in a straight line. As you approach, you notice he is carrying a bottle of beer in one hand and is slurring his speech. How do you proceed? 

Disorderly conduct is a crime. Depends on the area, as I am an i4, I will consider their state and due to the nature of my empathy, I will, either tell them to quickly piss off, if they can, or if it's something like the plaza, tell them to apply, radio it in asking for an additional, and apprehend.

During an inspection in the Residential Block, you find that one of the citizens is carrying a radio, and seems to be trying to conceal it. What do you do?

Radio the contraband in discreetly and inform another unit, while they draw their gun, I will remove the radio from their person, apprehend, and allow JURY to interrogate.

You’ve been ordered to respond to a code 3 scenario in which another civil protection delegate is in danger. You and your protection team buddy are making your way to the scene, but as you dash into an alley your way is obstructed by three unarmed citizens who refuse to let you and your buddy pass. How do you proceed?

Disorderly conduct, obstructing, anti-citizen activity. Give a few warnings, finally draw the stunstick with a final warning. If it is to no effect, use the stunstick to push a way through while the other one keeps them at gunpoint, in order to quickly pass to the code 3 scenario, deal with them later. If it is no use, radio it in, apprehend, if possible, and arrest.

You’re on a standard patrol routine with two other delegates. The protection team leader, whose rank is Rank Leader, seems to be harassing a citizen in the plaza for seemingly no reason. You and your other buddy stand by as the interaction between your team leader and the citizen goes on for some time. How would you react?

That is my rank leader. I will not interfere and allow it to happen. If I believe it is severe, I can inform a fellow officer on advice, or ask the Rank Leader later, IN PRIVATE. I cannot order a rank leader around and best to keep my head down as a low ranking unit.
