Basic Description: A giant of a man standing 180m (6ft) with no hair anywhere on his body, only making it more haunting as it complements his massive build. His right hand seemed to be replaced by one of an OTA unit. Rumour is his veins gave off a visible light green when under the influence. One of my more entertaining characters and sources of pain on RUG was the med-gel junkie Kevin Wheeler. A mercenary hired by most within the underground world he became famous for playing both sides in most conflicts as long as they could feed his addiction. The entirety of the resistance movement then targeted him after his failed assassination attempt on one of the rebel leaders along with several killings of key rebel members. He was eventually cornered and gunned down in City 8 outlands

Attributes and "Perks": His most well-known attribute was his strange connection with Med-gel. Needing at least one vial/medkit a day to feed his addiction under the influence he would sporadically gain far more confidence and energy, enduring more pain than the standard man. When suffering from withdrawals (A day without med-gel) becomes the opposite. He is cowardly, weak, exhausted, and sick-looking, begging anyone to help feed his addiction. With the help of vort magic, he also fused an OTA hand in exchange for his left hand. Allowing him to operate an OTA suppressor minigun. The hand eventually rotted away due to his body rejecting it. Leaving him one-handed
