James Diamond char transfer app

I was recently informed character transfers are not possible from Willard, please regard this as a Custom Character Application.

Your character's name: James Diamond

Age: 23

Basic Description: This White Male stands at around 5'11 feet. They have brown hair and brown eyes. He appears to be in his early 20's. James Diamond arrived in city 17, district 47 as a temporary transfer, waiting to be transferred into the industrial section of city 17. While awaiting this, he saw the opportunity of gaining a trader's license. After finding out there are zero places available in the city to hold a shop, he built his own stands on the street. After making enough profit, he invested to expand the stand into a market, making basic seating, some tables, and a small roof for the customers, allowing for service and polite serving of the district. Over time, profits massed, and donations, from both loyalists, and all types of people, including units. This led to James investing further, alongside the help of some volunteers and combine, into building a second-floor using damp wood, as to avoid a fire, creating a restaurant on the second floor. This became a huge hit, later on allowing a third floor reserved only for the high loyalists, and VIPs. This made James both very rich, and for his loyalist services - actively attending work shifts, etc. James Diamond received a massive amount of loyalty points over the weeks, if not months, and cash. Towards the end, James Diamond amassed 200 loyalty points (can provide photo evidence) and a lot of money.

Attributes and "Perks": Equivalent of 200 loyalist points on the server (was the highest achievable loyalist status without being a handpicked loyalist on Willard Networks at the time), A Suit (simple brown was usually worn), A license to sell goods and services (Refreshments, drinks, basic supplies for life, luxuries, and clothing.) Ability to start a stand on the street for sale, and the ability to buy back items from civilians, such as trash, with the intention of recycling.
