A brief summary, meanwhile playing the server I wasn't experiencing any events and nothing was happening at all, so I walk around seeing people metagame about the sewer & where it's location was as to where ZornMauser instead of literally enforcing the rules (he has superadmin in-game btw) he was insulting people which I think is very ethical for a staff member, I start complaining in OOC about it because he was being relatively illicit with the members and I told him to do his job and actually make a fun event for citizens and the CityRP in general instead of prioritizing for Civil Protection & Rebels (I saw an "event" go down for Civil Protection heading down the sewer, that was the only event by Zorn I even saw so far, it was plain & bland and excluded citizens from joining in as well)
I made my own roleplay but it was getting stale by time because there were only 2 people that were acting regularly while the rest were blatantly minging and not getting banned, but when I invite my friends to make our own events to make shit fun it all goes okay till during the vending machine heist we're banned by Zorn for "minge behavior" and "toxicity".
The minge behavior I'm assuming were only two happenings while happened as a joke with no intention to harm the server or it's playerbase, and everyone seemed to roll with it as a joke as well. As for the toxicity part, I'm unsure if one comment about a person (also in a jokingly manner) being a furry would be toxic, but the "toxicity" part was just pointing out ZornMauser's malperformance to where he got butthurt over for no reason.
DoopieWop checked the console as well, while Zorn tried to gaslight the members into thinking I called people retards and insulted them - there was nothing like that in out of character, neither in character.
Again, to add - we asked for a gamemaster for the VM heist, instead we were met with a ban. And I've also got personal complaints about ZornMauser's abuse of power from two others that I'll only mention privately to staff that are actually willing to discuss about his removal.
